We all contain superpowers within us-flavors of the divine that want nothing more than to move through you, as you. Together in this fluid aligned yoga flow, we will explore what it feels like to embody the life-affirming qualities of the Divine Feminine; filled with Love, Ferocity & Wisdom. 
Together we will share practices that support a rekindling of the relationship with this fluid, creative, vibrant, powerful energy known as Shakti.  Inspired by teachings on the Divine Feminine, we will reconnect to our forgotten powers through aligned yoga asana, breath work, mantra, and mediation.  Leave feeling connected to the pulse, nature, each other, and especially that unique flavor and flare that resides within-Embodying The Goddess that is You.
