Join us for an educational and deeply embodied journey exploring the divine feminine power that the Yogis call Shakti. Shakti lives within and around each of us. This session will open your inner eyes to sense and feel her. Valerie and Luna create an energetic alchemy that intentionally weaves shakti mantras, spiritual teachings, stories, a live music soundscape, and sophisticated asana sequences that will leave you feeling empowered and connected to your inherent power.
