It could not be a more fitting time to focus on building our resilience.

We will delve deep into the art of building a strong pranic (energy) body and cultivating resilience. Through practice, devotion, and commitment, we'll explore how yoga can help us find balance and inner strength, for whatever life's challenges come our way.

Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner or teacher, this workshop offers a supportive environment for your journey to return to your strength, flexibility, and inner balance.
