Yoga is my path to peace. I opened Yoga Bar 30A yoga studio in Jan 2022. I am so proud of what it brings to our community. We change lives !! and have THE BEST yoga teachers on staff. Understanding the intuitive body and how it repsonds to stress is my jam. I love flowing movment and music. I just got back from a life changing spiritual retreat to Ireland with Sean Johnson and Mary Meighan. It's good to be alive !!
