Im 72 and used to have a more active yoga practice. I am a mental health counselor but have less than six clients because I had long covid for 18 months and was forced to close my practice. I have 3 adult children and 2 grandchildren. I enjoy crafts, music, plays and a little travel. I am from the Northeast and my daughter now lives near Asheville and invited me to this festival. Im hoping it will be a reawakening to more active yoga practice.
